Please read carefully before participating in the auction.
Purpose
This catalogue showcases the lots offered at the Hi-Tea Silent Auction in support of Yayasan TZA. Participation in the auction is open to registered guests of the event.
Lot descriptions
All descriptions, photographs, and reserved prices have been prepared in good faith. Lots are offered “as is”, in their current condition. Lot details may be updated up to and including the day of the event. Where the description and the physical lot differ, the physical lot shall prevail.
Reserved prices
Where displayed, the reserved price represents the minimum amount at which a lot may be sold. Lots that do not meet the reserved price during the auction may, at the organisers’ discretion, remain unsold.
Bidding
All bidding takes place in person at the event. Bids, once placed, are binding and irrevocable. The organisers reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or reopen any bid at their sole discretion in order to maintain the integrity of the auction.
Winning bids and payment
Winning bids must be settled in full at the event, or within seven (7) days thereafter, by bank transfer or any other method approved by the organisers. Unpaid lots may be reoffered to the next-highest bidder or returned to the donor at the organisers’ discretion.
Collection and delivery
Lots are released only upon receipt of full payment. Collection and delivery arrangements will be communicated directly to the winning bidder. Any voucher-based lot is subject to the issuing party’s own terms, including validity and blackout dates.
Proceeds and donations
Net proceeds from the auction go directly to Yayasan TZA in support of its charitable programmes across Malaysia. Official donation receipts may be issued upon request.
Amendments
The organisers reserve the right to amend these terms, modify or withdraw lots, or postpone the event at any time prior to the start of the auction. Material changes will be reflected on this catalogue.
Privacy
Personal details collected through this catalogue (name, mobile number, email) are used solely to communicate with you regarding the auction and your participation. They will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Acceptance
By using this catalogue and / or registering for the event, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from participating.
